Terms of Service

1. Using WebinarBuilder
WebinarBuilder is a writing tool for sales presentations. You need an account to use it, you must be at least 18, and you're responsible for everything that happens under your login. Don't share credentials, don't try to break the service, and don't use it to produce unlawful, deceptive, or harassing material.
2. Trials and subscriptions
New accounts start with a 14-day trial. When the trial ends, your scripts stay in your account but become read-only until you subscribe. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the current period.
3. Your content
Your scripts, stories, offers, and brand voice profiles are yours. We claim no ownership over anything you write or generate. We process your content only to operate the product — for example, sending prompts to our AI provider so a section can be drafted.
4. AI-generated output
Generated drafts are a starting point, not legal, financial, or medical advice, and not a guarantee of any sales result. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every claim you make before you present it. Similar prompts may produce similar output for different customers.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change. If we make a material change to a paid feature, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other customers. On termination, you can export your scripts for 30 days before we delete them.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, WebinarBuilder is provided as-is and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
