Short version: your scripts are yours, we use strictly necessary cookies only, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, plan), the scripts and answers you write, your brand voice profile, and basic product telemetry such as generation latency and errors. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
How your scripts are used
Your script content is used to operate the product: storing your work, generating drafts, and producing exports. Prompts are sent to our AI provider to draft a section and are not used to train third-party models.
Voice recordings
When you use the microphone in the Origin Story wizard, audio is transcribed and the resulting text is saved to your draft. Audio is processed in transit and is not retained after transcription.
Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary storage only: an authentication session token and local storage for your drafts, editor preferences, and offline copies of scripts you've opened. There are no advertising, analytics, or other non-essential cookies — so there's nothing to consent to and no consent banner.
Processors
We rely on a managed cloud database and authentication provider, an AI gateway for generation and transcription, and a payment processor for subscriptions. Each processes data only to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
Your scripts stay until you delete them or close your account. On account closure you have 30 days to export, after which content is permanently deleted. Email hello@webinarbuilder.app to request access, correction, export, or erasure.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is row-level scoped so only you (and teammates you invite) can read your workspace, and client review links are revocable read-only snapshots.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
